2. Register with your own account , it's free.

3. Select " Local Gym" and search for " Brothers Athletics "

​

4. Enter the Access Code: "Bro2021"

​

​

5. Where it says " WorkOut of the Day " select the level that you want to see

​

​

6. Done ! You already have access to the programming from the APP.
